RETURNS POLICY

You reserve the right to return the artwork and cancel any sale up to 14 working days after delivery without needing to give a reason. The buyer is responsible for return deliveries within a further 14 days including any delivery costs. We will confirm receiving returned artwork in an acceptable condition before a refund is made unless the product is defective in any way when you receive it, in which case you will receive a full refund including any return postage costs. Buyers will be informed of a return delivery address upon notification to us that they wish to return or cancel an order.

TAXES

VAT is added at the checkout stage based on your location so you should receive purchased artwork without delay or additional tax. If you experience any customs delays please contact info@jason-brooks.com

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Shipping rates are based on your postal address and are calculated and added during checkout.

MATERIALS

Unframed prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped in strong card postal tubes. Original artworks are packaged according to their individual size and the materials used. We do all we can to ensure you receive your order in just the same condition as we packed it - wherever you live.

RATES

Postage and packing rates are determined by your delivery location. They are calculated per item because we pack everything individually to ensure artwork reaches you in perfect condition. We use Royal Mail and Fedex to send artwork.

DELIVERY TIMES

Artwork is normally despatched within 5 days from receipt of order. Delivery times from date of dispatch will vary slightly according to your destination.
