PURCHASING ARTWORK
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card, or Paypal , using the Paypal secure and trusted payment page. All payments made on Paypal's secure server are confidential in that we don't have access to your card details.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to send your artwork order out within 5 working days by Royal Mail or Fedex. Prints are hand signed and numbered by Jason Brooks so if he is travelling the despatch time may occasionally be slightly longer.
TAXES AND DUTIES
From 1st July 2021 VAT will be added at checkout according to your location country rate.We will pay the Vat and Duties via Fedex or Royal Mail to your local customs so you should receive your artwork without delay or any additional charges.In the event that there are additional charges please contact customer services info@jason-brooks.com and you will be reimbursed.
COPYRIGHT
All images contained on this website portfolio and shop are copyright protected material of Jason Brooks Ltd 2021. Please note that purchasing artwork constitutes ownership of that physical object and not any rights to publish, distribute, market or otherwise exploit the image other than for use on personal social media posts. Any illegal reuse, resale, distribution or publication without permission in writing may be liable to prosecution under international copyright law.
AVAILABILITY
All artwork is subject to availability. If unavailable we will let you know and a full refund will be issued. The price and description of the artwork is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order.
DELIVERY
Items are despatched to the cardholders address, unless by arrangement on request to a different address. The artwork will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the checkout pages. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any later loss or damage. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork, the buyer will receive a full refund less any expenses incurred for delivery. A buyer may refuse to take delivery of the artwork if any damage is evident. If there is any damage when you receive your artwork, please let us know by email and you will receive a refund or replacement.
RETURNS
You reserve the right to return the artwork and cancel the sale up to 7 working days after delivery for any reason. The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including any delivery costs. We will confirm receiving returned artwork in an acceptable condition before a refund to the buyer is made. Buyers will be informed of a return delivery address upon notification to us that they wish to return or cancel an order.
